Lesson: 19 - Editing operations in videos - level II.

Purpose:Learn how to filter, change the colors, increase or decrease the volume and speed, fade in or fade out of a video.

Materials Required

Laptop, Internet connection, online clipchamp software, e-mail id with password.

Curriculum Content 3.4) Filters, colors, volume, fade and speed.
Prior knowledge

Students should be able to download images and videos.

1. Students edit the video using filters, colors, fade, brightness, contrast, exposure, volume and speed.

2. Students remove the background of a video or part of it and make it blend into different backgrounds.

Teacher's Instruction
  1. While the students learn, the teacher should observe whether they articulate the words like filters, colors, fade in, fade out, saturation, contrast, exposure,adjust colors, brightness, contrast, exposure, increase or decrease the volume and increase and decrease the speed, transparency and become familiar with these terms.
  2. Guidance should be given for the students for every exercise and allow them to share in their peer group.
  3. Ask the students to find out whether Is it possible to bring more than one file at a time?
  4. Ask the student to find out the different ways to bring the files to the clipchamp.
  5. Ask the students to think about placing videos on the top of a video.
  6. Ask the students to place two or more videos together and review the transparency.
